Shenzhen Airlines hiring A320 and B737 Captain

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

・ATPL;

・ The age no older than 53,

・No record of flight accident/incident,

・Total Pilot Time of 3,000 flight hours,

・Appropriate Type Ratings: B737 or A320,

・500 flight hours at B737 or A320 aircraft as Captain,

・The ability to carry out aviation communication in English,

・Aviation Medical Certificate: First Class Medical required,

・Be a citizen of a country with diplomatic relations with the P.R. China,

・No criminal record in country of residence verified by local Chinese Embassy,

・ Captain experience in either B 737 or A320 within recent year, the take offs no less than 3 times.
Salary and Benefits:

Compensation: Approximately $141,000USD/year (net)

Contract Term: 3 year initial / Renewable

Benefits:

Salary: $11,750USD/month (net).
34 day of paid personal leave per year
8 Hard Days off/month
Annual Bonus: 1st year: $6k, 2nd year: $8k, 3rd year: $10k
Salary paid offshore. Expat tax benefits may apply.
Could be promoted for flight instructor (increase monthly salary)
Optional global medical/dental health plan (for pilot and family)
China Local Health Insurance Plan provided by Shenzhen Airlines .
Travel benefits (on the Shenzhen Airlines domestic network):
- Two free round trip tickets per year (taxes and fuel surcharges may apply)
- Unlimited 75% reduced rate tickets

Additional Information:

Chinese income taxes will be paid by FRI (Flightcrew Resource International Ltd.)
